English Abstract: The invention relates to edge limitation for a cover plate (4) of a vapour shield (3) of an extractor hood (1), which comprises at least one edge element (9) and at least one securing device (12) which is secured to the cover plate (4). Said securing device (12) is connected to at least one of the edge elements (9) of the edge delimitation (2) by means of a joint (14). The invention also relates to an extractor hood which comprises a vapour shield (3), which is provided with a cover plate (4) and at least one edge delimitation (2) which is secured to the cover plate (4) which extends in a vertically increasing manner on at least three sides of the cover plate (4) in relation to the cover plate (4). The edge delimitation (2) is pivotably connected to the cover plate (4).

French Abstract: L'invention se rapporte a une delimitation de bord concue pour une plaque de recouvrement (4) d'un pare-vapeur (3) d'une hotte (1). Cette delimitation de bord comprend au moins un element peripherique (9) et au moins un dispositif de fixation (12) destine a etre fixe sur la plaque de recouvrement (4). Ce dispositif de fixation (12) est relie a au moins un des elements peripheriques (9) de la delimitation de bord (2), par l'intermediaire d'une articulation (14). L'invention concerne en outre une hotte comprenant un pare-vapeur (3) qui comporte une plaque de recouvrement (4) et au moins une delimitation de bord (2) qui est fixee sur cette plaque de recouvrement (4) et qui s'etend sur au moins trois faces de la plaque de recouvrement (4), verticalement plus haut que la plaque de recouvrement (4). Ladite delimitation de bord (2) est reliee a la plaque de recouvrement (4) de maniere pivotante.

German Abstract: Es wird eine Randbegrenzung fur eine Abdeckplatte (4) eines Wrasenschirms (3) einer Dunstabzugshaube (1) beschrieben, die zumindest aus einem Randelement (9) besteht und zumindest eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (12) zur Befestigung an der Abdeckplatte (4) aufweist. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung (12) ist hierbei mit mindestens einem der Randelemente (9) der Randbegrenzung (2) uber ein Gelenk (14) verbunden. Weiterhin wird eine Dunstabzugshaube beschrieben, die einen Wrasenschirm (3) mit einer Abdeckplatte (4) und mindestens eine an der Abdeckplatte (4) befestigte Randbegrenzung (2) aufweist, die an zumindest drei Seiten der Abdeckplatte (4) gegenuber der Abdeckplatte (4) vertikal erhoht verlauft. Die Randbegrenzung (2) ist hierbei mit der Abdeckplatte (4) schwenkbar verbunden.
