Choose Your Options
Use only the search options that you need--leave the others blank.
Product
Enter words that must appear in the name of the product or device. You can use the wildcard and combine words. For example: LASER? AND SURGER? If you select the document type Establishment Inspection Reports and Form 483s, product name is not available in the documents.
Company
Enter the name of a company. Leave out words like Corp., Inc., Ltd, etc. You can search for multiple companies. For example, BAUSCH & LOMB OR BIOVISION.
Location
For the United States, you can restrict the search by city and state. For the state, enter both the full name and postal abbreviation, for example: NEW JERSEY OR NJ. You can also restrict to a country other than the United States. For example: FRANCE OR GERMANY OR BELGIUM.
