Use only the search options that you need--leave the others blank.
Main Subject
Enter words that need to be the focus of the notice. For different word endings, use the ? wildcard. Example: REDUC? searches for reduce, reduces, reducing, reduction, etc. Combine words to get specific information. Example: (CFC OR CHLOROFLUOROCARBON?) AND COMPLIANCE.
Agency
Enter the name of a government agency. Leave out short or common words like AND or ADMINISTRATION and allow for abbreviations. For example, to search the Federal Aviation Administration, enter : FEDERAL AVIATION OR FAA.
CFR Section
Enter the CFR Title number and the Part number. For example, to search CFR Title 29 Part 1904, enter simply: 29 1904. Do not enter a subsection number.
